Autobility is a family run company who deal with people in the old fashioned way, by treating each of our customers with respect and with a level of professionalism you would expect from an established dealer.

We specialise in the supply of wheelchair accessible vehicles, commonly known as disabled cars or disabled vehicles and do not trade in any other vehicle types.

We have many combined years experience working in this sector and in addition our employees have worked in the care home and general healthcare sector before Autobility was formed in 2005.

We pride ourselves in our commitment to helping our customers make the correct decision when choosing their accessible vehicle. We will try and make the process as enjoyable as possible by advising what is best and suitable for each individuals needs and by guiding our customers through the purchase process, keeping them informed at all times.

We are happy to carry out no obligation demonstrations throughout the UK, however if our clients wish to view a number of disabled vehicles at one time they can visit us at our premises where they can test drive a number of different options and also view vehicles under cover in the event of inclement weather.

We take pride in the fact we have a large number of customers who live many miles from us and put trust in us to deliver the vehicle as we have described it to them by phone or email.

When dealing with remote clients we guarantee that when we demonstrate/deliver a wheelchair accessible vehicle it is completely without obligation until such time our client is happy with the condition of the vehicle and that the vehicle is fit for it’s intended purpose. We do not ask for deposits of any kind. This gives our clients complete piece of mind as we would not send a vehicle with all the costs incurred if it was not as described or indeed in better condition.

Our approach to dealing with customers who live many miles from us is, let the distance be our problem not yours. We also have a very simple approach to our business in that if we treat people in the correct manner and supply wheelchair cars that they are happy with and an after sales back up they can rely on, our customers may come back to us for their next vehicle and may also recommend us to other clients.
