Approved Used vehicle Standards

Autobility take a genuine pride in the standard of  disabled vehicles they approve for sale.

Most of our used vehicles are drawn from the Motability finance scheme and come to us with detailed service histories.

When they arrive with us they are subject to a rigorous inspection and service regime. This includes not only the vehicle mechanics and electrics but also all relevant components of the conversion including where applicable, access ramps, mechanical lifts, electric winch systems and of course the wheelchair and occupant restraining systems.

Only when we are satisfied that a vehicle is fit for purpose will it be approved for retail sale and prior to any delivery all accessible vehicles are subject to a multi point pre delivery service and inspection. A copy of this inspection is supplied with each car.

Every vehicle over the 3-year threshold will be supplied with a full 12 month MOT certificate.

We passionately believe that the wheelchair accessible vehicles we supply should come to you in the very best condition mechanically and of course should arrive after receiving a full valet.

For piece of mind and worry free motoring every vehicle is supplied with a 12 months comprehensive RAC warranty which includes breakdown cover.

In the case of mechanical breakdown you simply need to arrange with your local service agent any repairs that may be required.

They can then deal with our warranty company direct for relevant payment of covered items.

Supplying each of our disabled vehicles with this comprehensive warranty can be an expensive exercise for us, however in the unlikely event your accessible vehicle has a mechanical problem we want you to feel secure in the knowledge that there is a genuine after sales back up to call upon.
